In the ancient book of Daninkaran it is prophecised that in the dawn of the second millenium three young climbers shall create a Crew of Climbing that is Big. The prophecy continues that one of the climbers will be gifted with the strength of an Ox, another with amazing acrobatic capabilities and the one they call "The Climbing Superstar" who will know Chinese Kung Fu and have a mat of bouldering.
They would come from a far away land and ride a chariot of metal with pink fluffy dice owned by another awesome climber.
These young climbers and their many disciples shall bring the joy of climbing to the world!!
2001
On a boring train to sheffield, the tedium of daily life overwhelmed three young, innocent lads who incidentally happened to be climbers.
One of them, a certain Mr. Wells, happened to be sporting a bizarre T-shirt with the words Big Love enscribed somewhere on the garment.
Carl being Carl, picked up on this and began to form some ideas - within only a space of about ten minutes the Big Love climbing song had materialised and we were thrown off the train at Sheffield singing merrily only to discover that it was the most ugly city in the world and no-one spoke normal English.
Since that miraculous day the Crew has gone from strength to strength and has rapidly grown in numbers.
From rock monkeys to the Forests of Fontainbleau, Portland and the Peak, the saga continues...
